Our Business
For me its not about tourism. If you want to experience Natives on display I can point you towards a pow wow in your area. I am, however, all about exploration and curiosity and seeing what's beyond that bend in the road. If you're on a journey and this the next stage, I'm more than happy to help you along the way.
Sweatlodge
If you are interested in experiencing a sweatlodge for the first time or are trying to find one in the area, let me know and I can give you the details and some tips to make it a healthy experience.
- It's not about being naked. Native American's don't allow sexual touching or flirting in ceremony so you will need to be covered.
- Bring 2 towels, one to sit on or cover up with and one to dry off. It will get muddy in there.
- Drink plenty of water that day. You don't want to get dehydrated while you're in there.
- Bring food to share afterward. Most lodge pourers hold a potluck when its all done.
