Everyone is unique and wants to feel special.  In today's consumer culture we tend to feel more and more as if we are just a number or a dollar or an event that is the same for everyone.  In the Cherokee tradition a name is not a permanent symbol of our entirety, but a token of who we are in this moment, where we have come from and where we going.  Even how we are getting there.  Who are you?

Cherokee sweat lodge is for healing body, mind, soul and heart.  It is very gentle yet very intense.  It creates a sacred space for the individual to ask questions and the quiet for them to hear answers.
